The 3 2nd grade classes started work on a class project, a beautiful bouquet of spring flowers. They learned how to simply draw a rose, a poppy, a lilly, a sunflower, and a daisy and then added vibrant colors with collaged tissue paper.

Did you used the tissue paper that bleeds? I’d love to try it with my 2nd graders!… and also, did you painted the canvas? Thanks!
The tissue paper i used bled a little naturally, but it wasn’t a special bleading tissue paper. I did paint the canvas with color advice from the kids (they voted on colors).
